2008 Women of Hope Luncheon
The Golden Valley Country club was seething with excitement as 376 guests gathered together in support of TreeHouse and its mission of bringing hope to hurting youth and families during difficult times. The event featured TreeHouse youth speakers, KARE 11's Julie Nelson as emcee, and a special interview of Atlanta Hostage Hero, Ashley Smith. The luncheon also introduced "Angel of Hope" by artist, Susan Hartzell Vannelli. Merchandise featuring the beautiful art peice designed specifically for TreeHouse was sold at the event.
Look for the Angel of Hope at the Twice the Gift Holiday Store: Twice the Gift is a unique downtown Minneapolis shop that showcases the products and services provided by 45 Twin Cities nonprofit organizations, including TreeHouse, this holiday season. Sue Hartzell Vannellin will be signing prints Wednesday, December 10 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The store is located in Gaviidae II - 2nd floor/Skyway Level, 555 Nicollet Mall, Suite 295, in Minneapolis.
