Becky Walker, Executive Director
Becky has been Executive Director of TreeHouse since June 2006 and is a proven corporate senior executive with twenty years of leadership experience in the financial industry. She has an outstanding track record of managing people and profitably building companies/divisions by establishing vision, identifying market differentiating strategies and leading teams to execute effectively. She has also been very influential in advocating for teenagers and their families within churches, schools and communities. Becky resides in Edina with her husband Dale. They are now a family of six with a grandson as their newest addition. |

Jackie Engel, Director of Human Resources and Administration
Jackie joined TreeHouse in 2009 as Director of Human Resources and Administration. She has over 20 years experience managing Human Resources in a corporate environment, including experience in technology, manufacturing and insurance. Jackie lives in Chanhassen with her husband, Bruce. They have two grown children, a daughter and a son. |

Tom Richards, Program Director
Tom's career experience in youth ministry, non-profit organizations, and Christian higher education has prepared him well for his role at TreeHouse. As program director, Tom leads the team of 25 full-time youth workers, as well as the extended team of interns and volunteers, through every aspect of the ministry from programming to fundraising. An author, speaker, and experienced youth communicator, Tom is passionate about engaging young people in the truth of God's Word. His heart beats to mentor and develop the incredible team of gifted. dedicated Program staff. |

Deb Peterka, Director of Communication and Marketing
Deb joined TreeHouse a the Director of Communication and Marketing in the Fall of 2007. She has over thirty years of management experience in communication, marketing, and project management working in the financial industry. Deb, and her husband, Dave, reside in Shorewood. They have two grown children, a daughter and son. |

Lisa Stordahl, Director of Community Advancement
Lisa joined TreeHouse as the Director of Community Giving in April 2007. Lisa comes to TreeHouse with 15 years of fund development and community relations experience. She has provided professional expertise to build community and raise revenue in both the nonprofit and governmental sectors, previously working for the Cities of Brooklyn Park and Robbinsdale, the American Cancer Society and the Girl Scout Council of Greater Minneapolis. Lisa resides in the Twin Cities with her two children.

Brian Stephany, Director of Finance & Operations
Brian joined TreeHouse in the Fall of 2008. He comes to TreeHouse with a strong non-profit financial management background For six years, he served as a Finance Director at a megachurch in St. Paul, developing their financial systems and processes at a time of rapid growth. More recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer with Shelter for Life International, a faith-based relief and development organization. At home, he's married to his long-time sweetheart, Kate. They live in Maple Grove with their two teenagers, Erin and Ryan. In his spare time, Brian enjoys long walks with Kate, playing tennis with Erin, learning guitar with Ryan, and watching 49ers football. |
