We're looking for an individual with strong leadership abilities, supervisory experience, attention to detail and a passion for youth to join our ever-growing team in the capacity of Regional Director.
Primary Objective of Regional Director Position: To provide leadership in implementing a Community Based Model of TreeHouse Development and Programming for two or more TreeHouse Areas. Includes staff supervision and development for both areas; general supervision of youth program services in collaboration with the Area Program Coordinator; and developing a network of community relationships for support, financial and otherwise in all partnering communities.

TreeHouse is a relationally-focused Christian ministry touching the lives of at-risk youth and families through Support Groups, Going Deeper (a youth group style program), Bible studies, one-to-one mentoring, and Adventure trip and activities.
We are seeking individuals with a desire to engage in the lives of youth and challenge their hearts to join our team in the role of Youth Outreach Specialist. NOTE: This position requires some fundraising. Read the Youth Outreach Specialist FAQ to learn more about the fundraising model.
