TreeHouse is a great program and has a great reputation. Still, people ask us all the time, Does it really work?, Does TreeHouse really transform lives? Absolutely! 

There are many ways to measure success in any endeavor. We see how significantly the TreeHouse programs work by looking into the changed faces of the teens we serve and seeing the markedly improved behaviors they exhibit every day. Just as important, the facts support our mission and affirm its success. Every measure of success, whether hard data or anecdotal, further reinforces our commitment and passion to reach even more teens with love, hope and transformation.

Chaos and pain in the lives of the teens we serve is a major barrier to their success in life. Without intervention, life will be a struggle and many have little chance of graduating from high school. TreeHouse will increase it’s focus, therefore, on graduation rates as a key benchmark of success for TreeHouse programs – a proof point for effectiveness –demonstrating our ability to have TreeHouse teens stay in school and graduate. We know the societal and economic consequences of truancy and dropouts; by showing measurable improvement in this area, we have a tangible goal to illustrate our teens are on the path for a successful future.
